Login Issues

Q: I get a pop-up screen that says User does not exist in the database, what now?
A: Please re-check the spelling of your username/password. If you do not have an username or password, please register for Online Catalog account.

General Questions

Q: I typed in a HME product in the search venue and I got a blank page?
A: Check the spelling of the product. Also try several ways of typing that product… a search for “beds” may not produce the results as a search for “bed”.

Q: I typed in a product and only got 3 or 4 products … is that all your catalog has?
A: No. However this may be too general for a specific venue search of the entire catalog. Please use the Box search below the Login or click on a manufacturer link list in the lower left and then type in the word and make sure the “search within Vendor” box is checked.

Q: How often will the pricing be updated?
A: As products are discontinued or added each day by many manufacturers, you may find older or discontinued products. However, we will be working in conjunction with our manufacturers to keep products as current as possible. You can expect more precise versions of the Catalog in the future.

Q: Will all VGM Vendors be listed in the Catalog?
A: We have set participation in the Catalog as optional for our Vendors currently. Not all are included but you can use the Vendor link at the top of the page to see all Vendors and their pricing.

Q: Will VGM Vendors have all their products listed on the Catalog?
A:  Eventually, Yes. Many of our Vendors have submitted their top line of products and have committed to sending the rest of their products over time.

Q: How come some of the products have no images available?
A: The manufacturer of that product does not have a web applicable image for it at this time. We hope to have all products with clear images in the future. Look for more images and products in the next version of the VPC.

Q: How come this Vendor only has a few products in the Catalog?
A: At this time, that Vendor has only submitted that number of products to be viewed via the Online Catalog. You can expect more Vendors and products to be added to the VGM Online Product Catalog as we release new versions.

Q: Can I order products from our Vendors on this site?
A: At this time we are not incorporating eCommerce into the Catalog. As our technology and Vendor participation increases this may be a possibility in the future.

Search Function

Q: When I try to see products on the Catalog I get a blank screen with a message that says “Illegal Access”. Why?

  1. You are not currently logged in, please go to the login screen and type your Username and password.

Q:  Why can’t I access all of the Vendors on the Vendor link list?
A: It depends what type of membership you currently have with VGM. (i.e.  if you are only a US Rehab member, you will only be able to see US Rehab Vendors)

Q: How come there is nothing under a certain category?
A: At this time, there may be certain categories that are blank in the product search box. Please try searching within a specific manufacturer.
